Sibell mobile app setup: SuperLive Plus
Adding a Sibell recorder to the mobile app, and what to do when the device will not appear.
The app is SuperLive Plus
Sibell recorders are viewed on a phone or tablet through SuperLive Plus, available for Android and iOS. If you searched for an AutoNAT app and could not find one, that is why — AutoNAT is the browser-based service and the connection technology, while SuperLive Plus is the mobile client that uses it.
Enable NAT on the recorder first
The app cannot find a recorder that has not been told to reach out. Enable NAT at Start → Settings → Network → NAT and confirm the status shows as connected before opening the app. Doing this in the wrong order is the most common reason a first setup fails.
Adding the recorder
Install SuperLive Plus, open the Server List, and scan the QR code shown on the recorder's NAT screen. That fills in the device identity for you. Enter the recorder's username and password when prompted — these are the same credentials you use at the unit itself, not a separate app login. The default username is admin; the password is the one set when the recorder was first configured.
Local network versus remote
On the same network as the recorder, the app can usually connect directly by IP address, and that will keep working even if NAT is misconfigured. It is worth testing both: if the app works at the property but not away from it, the problem is the recorder's internet connection or the NAT setting, not the app or your credentials.
Adding it to an account rather than one phone
Scanning the QR code adds the recorder to the device list on that handset. To reach it from any phone signed into the same app account, the recorder needs NAT2.0 enabled and a security code entered when you add it. Menus and capabilities vary by model and firmware version — use the documentation for your exact recorder where the wording differs.
Menu paths follow the Sibell recorder documentation. Wording and available options vary by model and firmware version — check the manual for your exact product, and confirm anything ambiguous with the authorized reseller before changing settings on a live system.
